THE FRONTIER · SPEAK
One call. Two languages.
Each of you on your own phone, wherever you are.
You speak your language, and their words reach you in yours.
THE CALL
WHAT IT DOES
Like Conversation, but far apart. One person starts a call and the other joins; one speaks only Tibetan, the other only English. Each hears the other in their own language, or reads the other's words translated.
HOW IT WORKS
- Start a call. You get a short code and a link.
- Send the link to the other person. They open it and join with the code, no account needed.
- Each of you chooses your language.
- Speak normally, a sentence at a time.
- Read their words in your language while you hear their own voice, or have their words spoken to you in your language.
Tibetan and English today. More languages are being worked on.
WHO IT OPENS FOR
A grandson calls his grandmother.
A doctor calls a patient's family.
A school calls a parent.
