WE WILL: Make beauty that serves use.

WE WILL NOT: Mistake a museum for a living culture.

WE WILL: Build so the work survives any one of us.

WE WILL NOT: Depend on one person, one platform or one patron, including our founder.

WE WILL: Stay close to the tradition and the people who carry it.
